Medication Pick-Up Reminder
The end of the school year is quickly approaching. If your child keeps medication in the Health Office, please remember to pick up your child’s medication(s) on the last day of school, Thursday, May 21, by 1:00 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your child’s medication by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, please speak with the school Health Office no later than May 15 to make alternative arrangements.
- No medications will be kept until July.
- Any medications left in the Health Office will be discarded.
- Students are not permitted to pick up or transport medications from/to school
- New doctors’ orders and new medications will be required for each school year. For your convenience, you can request forms via email.
